Opportunity: Educational Leader
* Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
* Location: Ipswich
* Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
* Compensation: Up to $39 per hour + super +15% wage retention

Requirements
* A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
* Previous experience as a room leader / Assistant Director
* Use coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
* Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
* Demonstrate high communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
* Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
* A current Qld Blue Card
* Passion for a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children
