We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Supervisor to manage parts inventory and support workshop operations in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, accuracy, and efficient flow of parts and materials to keep our workshop running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the parts store in the workshop
* Order parts for all vehicles operation requirements based on customer pipeline, min / max quantities
* Procure special requirement items at the direction of management
* Receive all parts/goods and store in designated warehouse locations in a timely manner
* Receipting all parts/goods into the SAP system within a timely manner and resolving all discrepancies as required
* Ensure invoicing and other related paperwork is in order
* Ad hoc projects and activities as required
* Complete audits on all client stock take
* Ordering parts for damaged goods
* Overseeing LF operations in the workshop
About You
* Previous experience in a store/warehouse or parts supervisory role, preferably in automotive
* A valid driver's license and Forklift license is a mandatory requirement
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts and workshop operations
* Experience with inventory systems (e.g., SAP, ERA, or similar)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving ability
* Ability to work under pressure in a deadline‐driven environment
* Good communication and team collaboration skills
