Marsh Risk is seeking an experienced Principal Broker with a strong background in account management and new business within Property and Casualty Insurance to join our Corporate team. This role will be based in Perth. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
* Manage an existing portfolio of Corporate clients
* Develop, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to grow our corporate portfolio through new logos and organic expansion
* On‐board new clients and deliver on Marsh's value proposition with high‐quality service
* Build and maintain meaningful senior‐level relationships with insurers and key revenue‐generating accounts
* Lead, plan, and implement effective renewal and broking strategies, ensuring strong account retention and defence
* Actively participate in claim‐related matters and track new business opportunities
Qualifications
* 7+ years of corporate broking experience in Property and Casualty
* Proven track record of producing new business and managing complex insurance programs
* Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors
* Strong market presence within General Insurance
