About The Role
You'll join a supportive team who love pushing ideas to a new level and want someone to jump in and match their energy. Working closely with the Brand & Sponsorship Manager, you'll assist with the planning, coordination, and reporting of sponsorship and marketing activities, all while supporting our thriving brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and roll out branding magic - from signage and collateral to internal brand moments that make an impact.
* Serve as the behind-the-scenes hero of events and sponsorship activations, keeping everything on track and on budget.
* Coordinate sponsorship agreements, manage administration, and maintain communication with partners.
* Track and update sponsorship and activation activities, ensuring KPIs are met and celebrating wins.
* Support the creation of eye-catching promotional and marketing materials to bring campaigns to life.
* Act as a go-to person for sponsor, partner, and stakeholder relationships, keeping collaboration smooth and communication clear.
About You
We're looking for a candidate ready to build a marketing career and bring ideas to life through engaging brand experiences. You're organized, proactive and enjoy being part of a team that makes things happen. You should have:
* around 1-2 years experience in marketing, events, sponsorship or brand coordination
* hands‐on exposure to campaigns, events or brand activations, and a genuine interest in how they come together
* strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* proactive mindset – taking ownership and following through
* confidence using Microsoft Office to create polished, professional work
* ability to thrive in a team, pitch in when needed, and bring good energy to every project

Eligibility
You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application and hold a current satisfactory National Police Clearance (within 12 months) or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
