Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Room Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team, working in a state-of-the-art childcare centre.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes child safety, wellbeing, and cultural awareness. You will work collaboratively with the management team to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Diploma qualification or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role within the early childhood sector
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
* Strong knowledge of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards
