Job Description
We are now recruiting for a results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing who can develop and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve revenue goals for the hotel. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with expertise in digital marketing, branding, and strategic partnerships.
Main Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth: Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, targeting key markets and increasing brand awareness.
2. Brand Development: Elevate the hotel's reputation through innovative marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving engagement across multiple channels.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Leadership Experience: Proven experience as the lead sales & marketing role at a complex hotel and luxury brand.
* Sales Strategy: Expertise in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
* Marketing Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing and search engine optimization (SEO).
* Communication: Excellent communication and relationship management skills, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.
