Support Worker Role

The role involves traveling between clients' homes and assisting them with daily living and lifestyle requirements by providing person-centered care and support.
Key Responsibilities

* Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
">
* Social support/transportation: social activities, shopping/groceries, traveling to medical appointments
">
* Supporting customers in the use of aids including standing or walking frames and wheelchairs
">
* Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
">
* Participating in staff meetings and attending training as required
">
">
Services are generally between the hours of 6am-6pm Monday to Friday.
What You Will Need

• Australian Federal Police Clearance
">
• Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
">
• NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
">
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
">
• Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required)

• Smartphone with internet access
