The Credit Team Leader will report directly to the Shared Services Manager, taking a hands-on approach while also mentoring and leading the credit team.

The role
* Lead the credit function supporting a small team
* Manage and monitor all accounts to ensure timely payment
* Access credit health of new and existing customers
* Investigate and resolve invoice queries with a high standard of customer service
* Accurate and timely reporting
* Recommend process improvements to enhance collection efficiency
The successful candidate
* Proven experience in a team leader or senior position where you have lead or mentored others
* A strong track record in reducing debt
* The proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels
* Strong customer service focus
* Excellent organisation skills and an ability to plan and prioritise
* Excellent verbal and written communications
* Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Have a high level of enthusiasm and a positive approach
