Salary £35,000 per annum pro rata (£28,000 for 30 hours per week / 0.8 FTE) with a 3% pension contribution and a flexible annualised hours scheme.
Collusion is an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation (NPO) exploring technology as a medium for artistic and social transformation. Following the launch of our 2026 report The Ecosystem: Finding balance in the digital arts superorganism, we're building our team to turn its findings into action. This is a pivotal moment to join a small, highly-networked team at the forefront of the UK's art and technology.
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced, tech-loving Producer with a track record of delivering high-quality art/tech projects. The successful candidate will bridge curation with hands‐on project management, lead our flagship ART // TECH // PLAY programme, support practice‐led artist experimentation with creative technologies and distribution of innovative art/tech work.
Location: Based at Cambridge Junction or home, with travel to locations across East Anglia.
Term: Initially fixed to end March 2028 with a view to extend subject to NPO funding.
Working times: Typically Monday to Thursday between 9am and 6pm, with occasional evenings and weekends. The annualised hours scheme supports work/life balance, allowing working patterns to be flexed.
Start date: 01 September 2026 or thereafter.
We encourage applications from people who represent groups who are currently underrepresented in the arts, including those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, the Global Majority, and/or people who identify as disabled, D/deaf or neurodivergent.
