Overview
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter – Framer to join our growing team working on residential builds across Melbourne's south‐east suburbs. The role involves all aspects of timber framing for new homes and townhouses, working to plans and Australian standards.
Responsibilities
Key duties include:
* Designing and constructing timber frames in accordance with plans and specifications.
* Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and safety regulations.
* Working independently and collaboratively with the construction crew.
* Maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Trade‐qualified Carpenter or minimum 2–3 years proven framing experience.
* Strong experience in residential timber framing.
* Good understanding of plans, levels, and measurements.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable, punctual, and physically fit.
* White Card (mandatory).
* Own tools and reliable transport preferred.
