This role involves leading a payroll team of approximately 1000 staff across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with relevant Awards and EBA's, and presenting insights to the CEO and Board.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll management, exceptional analytical skills, and the confidence to work with executive leadership. Salary will be commensurate with experience, complemented by full salary packaging.
