As the SHEQ Officer you will be the go-to person on site for all things safety, quality and food standards. You will coach and support teams on the floor, partner with the leadership team onsite, and help embed a strong culture around protected and high quality production practices. This is a fantastic prospect for someone who loves being in a hands-on and involved manufacturing role, solving practical problems and bringing people on this journey as the company grows.
What you'll do
Champion safe work practices and food safety culture across two manufacturing sites in Sydney.
Support the rollout and ongoing improvement of SHEQ systems and processes.
Coach frontline teams on HACCP, GMP and safe operating practices.
Conduct routine checks, investigations and corrective actions when needed.
Review and maintain documentation, training materials and traceability records.
Work collaboratively with operations, engineering and supply chain teams.
What you bring
Degree/Qualification in food safety related subject.
Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience with ISO Quality Systems, HACCP and GMP environments will be highly regarded.
Previous exposure to Safety Culture software will be highly regarded.
