You will join the Recruitment & Employee Services team, a collaborative, service-focused group that supports leaders and staff across the organisation. As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with your colleagues and the wider People & Culture team to deliver responsive recruitment, accurate employment advice, and a high quality experience for both managers and employees. Our team values collaboration, continuous learning, providing practical and timely solutions.

YOUR ROLE, YOUR IMPACT

As the HR Advisor, you will support leaders across your allocated portfolios by delivering expert recruitment advice, accurate contract management, and clear guidance on employment matters. Your work ensures RMH maintains a positive, safe, and legally compliant workplace culture enabling our teams to focus on delivering exceptional care.

In This Role, You Will

- Partner with hiring managers across allocated portfolios to deliver end-to-end recruitment, provide specialist HR advice, and support compliant employment practices.
- Manage employment contracts and employee changes, ensuring accuracy, correct classifications, and alignment with enterprise agreements.
- Act as the primary HR contact for queries about employment status, entitlements, and contract matters, providing timely and practical guidance.
- Lead and support recruitment activities, including advertising, panel participation, training managers on SuccessFactors, and coordinating major campaigns.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment processes and overall HR service delivery.
