ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Contracts Administrator to join our team based in Pakenham. In this role, you will support Project Managers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
You’ll play a key part in managing contracts, variations, invoicing and stakeholder communication across multiple projects in a collaborative team environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in the administration of contracts across multiple projects
* Prepare and manage progress claims, variations and invoicing
* Monitor project budgets and support cost control initiatives
* Manage subcontractor claims and variation processes
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors and consultants
* Maintain accurate financial and project records
* Prepare reports, cost breakdowns and project documentation
* Support purchase order processing and invoice approvals
* Coordinate completion packs and client submissions
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 5+ years’ experience in Contracts Administration or a relevant qualification
* Previous experience in the construction industry
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Strong Construction contract knowledge
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in systems and general computer applications
