Department Head - Brand & Growth Manager

About the Role
This Head of Department role reports to the Executive Office. You'll lead a multidisciplinary portfolio focused on growth, engagement, brand strength and strategic opportunities across the organisation.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading marketing and communications strategies that elevate brand awareness and engagement
* Driving fundraising and philanthropy initiatives that diversify and grow revenue
* Identifying and delivering new business and growth opportunities
* Building strategic partnerships and expanding organisational reach
* Using market insights and data to inform strategy and decision‐making
* Leading and inspiring a high‐performing team focused on delivery and results

What You Bring
We're looking for a driven and adaptable leader who combines commercial thinking with purpose and impact.
* Proven leadership experience across growth, marketing, fundraising, business development or related fields
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic capability
* A track record of turning strategy into execution and results
* Experience building partnerships, revenue streams and organisational growth
* A collaborative leadership style that inspires accountability and performance
* A practical, solutions‐focused and hands‐on approach
Experience within disability, health, community services or the NFP sector is highly regarded, though not essential.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related field
* National Police Clearance
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current WA Driver's Licence
