Job Summary
The People and Culture Business Partner role is a strategic and operational support position that drives best practice initiatives, enhances workplace culture, and aligns people outcomes with organisational goals.
This exciting opportunity exists to provide expert advice, coaching and support to business unit managers on all HR matters, including recruitment, change management, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will contribute to key HR projects and initiatives, compile HR reporting data, and work collaboratively with the P&C team to plan, schedule and deliver employee health & wellbeing programs.
About the Role
* Provide expert advice, coaching and support to business unit managers on all HR matters, including recruitment, change management, and employee engagement
* Contribute to key HR projects and initiatives from planning through to delivery
* Compile HR reporting data as required
* Work collaboratively with the P&C team to plan, schedule and deliver employee health & wellbeing programs
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have expertise in government policies, procedures and legislation, as well as experience in HR project management, change management, and employee engagement. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
You will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way. Additionally, you will have experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and processes, with a focus on driving business results and improving organisational performance.
