As our Storeperson / Driver, you'll play an important role supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch. Your time will be split between warehouse duties, customer deliveries and stock management, helping ensure our customers receive the products they need, when they need them. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, and industry experience is not required. Your responsibilities will include; Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders Loading and unloading delivery vehicles Completing customer deliveries safely and professionally Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment Operating a forklift to load, unload and move stock (licence preferred but not essential) Cutting cable and preparing products as required (training provided) Assisting with stock control and inventory management Providing friendly and professional customer service Learning internal systems and processes Assisting with customer enquiries as your knowledge and experience develop About you: Experience : Previous experience in a warehouse is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what truly matter Reliable : You're dependable, punctual and take pride in your work. Team Player : You enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to help where needed. Willing to Learn: You're open to learning new skills and developing your knowledge through on-the-job training. Hands-on: You’re comfortable with the physical demands of a storeperson role, including lifting and moving stock in a fast-paced environment Licenses: Drivers license is essential, and a forklift license is desirable (we are happy to support you in getting your forklift license if you don’t have one) Work Rights: You are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident Why join us?
