Job Description
As a Sales Support Specialist at carsales, you will support the national sales team in pre and post sales activities, ensuring a seamless process that strengthens client partnerships.
* Support the national sales team in pre and post sales; prepare contracts, process cancellations, assist with complex billing investigations, prepare change of ownership and reporting as required.
* Conduct credit investigations and determine outcomes based on credit policy, communicating outcomes to customers.
* Collaborate with the ACIL Support Manager to deliver additional training and documentation to support the national sales team.
* Support the onboarding of new team members to the national sales team.
* Manage compliance and booking and managing corporate travel for the broader sales team.
* Provide regular delivery of reporting and data analysis.
* Collaborate with the Billing/Corporate Systems teams to ensure processes are streamlined.
Qualifications

* Demonstrated expertise in a customer‐focused role.
* Motivation to work in a support role, completing adhoc tasks based on project and national sales team requirements.
* An analytical thinker who is comfortable working with data and has a keen eye for detail.
