People & Culture Coordinator (Maternity Leave Contract – Graduate Friendly)
Salary: $75,000 +
14% Superannuation
Location: Onsite, free parking, Mawson Lakes, SA
Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm preferred (flex available between 8:00am–5:00pm)
Contract: ASAP start until Feb **** (strong potential to extend)
This is a hands-on, detail-focused People & Culture Coordinator position within the Talent Acquisition team. You'll support TA Partners, manage documentation, and ensure a smooth experience for all new starters. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR/PC career who is sharp, organised and passionate about people and processes.
You will be the go-to person for accurate documentation, contract creation and smooth onboarding administration.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare employment contracts, variations and new starter paperwork
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
Manage onboarding administration and support new starter processes
Track TA requests and coordinate with a team of five Talent Acquisition Partners
Maintain employee records with high attention to detail
Collate and update data in Excel (pivot tables, reporting, spreadsheets)
Provide general People & Culture administration support
Assist with process improvements and contribute to a positive employee experience
Note: While this sits in the TA team, it is NOT a recruitment or sourcing role.
Who We're Looking For
A graduate or early-career administrator looking for a step-up into People & Culture
Strong with attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
Confident with Excel (including pivot tables)
Someone who enjoys administration and improving processes
Smart, proactive, curious and eager to learn
Someone who thrives in a structured role and busy team environment
Must Have
Strong administration experience (internships, junior roles or similar)
Good written communication and ability to produce accurate documentation
Confidence using Excel and learning new systems
