MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To supervise the daily operations within the reception department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Supervise and develop team members
Supervise and support all Pre-admission and Admission processes as per Patient Administration System Manual and Organisational Policies
Manage financial risks by ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to
Required Education
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12 or equivalent / relevant experience in a hospital administration environment

Required Experience
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Relevant experience in a hospital administration environment
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in a supervisory capacity
Business to Business ProcessesConflict managementComputer literate (Microsoft Office)Medical Aid Schemes and the Private healthcare environmentPatient administration policies; procedures and systems (e.g. AS400)HR policies; systems; procedures and relevant legislation (including recruitment and performance management)
