**The role**:
Currently seeking an HR Coordinator who has prior experience in a similar position or looking to take the next step in their career. This person will report directly to the HR Manager and will be supported with solid training and development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare HR-related letters and documentation.
- Provide support on HR policies and processes.
- Assist in HR policy development.
- Maintain Position Description catalogue.
- Contribute to HR reporting and metrics.
- Participate in employee engagement surveys and HR projects.
- Support the HR Manager with Industrial Relations events.
- Assist the wider HR team with general tasks.
- Administer employment contracts and addendums.
- Excel in a people-centric and dynamic HR environment.
**Requirements**:
- Stakeholder-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Approachable, open, and supportive "people person."
- Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
- Relevant HR qualification or working towards one.
- Experience in HR or Recruitment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
