We're currently seeking a Laboratory Operator – Fixed Plant for a 5–6 month assignment with the potential to extend.
This is a FIFO role from Perth or Busselton, working on a consistent and well-structured 8:6 (days) / 7:7 (nights) roster.
About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for: Maintaining the laboratory and sample stations Processing samples using crushers and mills Operating furnaces Some work within the plant (relatively low-risk tasks) Working independently and as part of a diverse, inclusive team What We're Looking For Previous experience in a laboratory setting, ideally with Iron Ore sample processing Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Solid safety awareness and attention to detail Full Australian working rights – WA residents only Ability to commit to a 5–6 month contract, with potential for extension C Class Manual license required What's On Offer Hourly rate: $ – $ + Super 12.5-hour shifts FIFO from Perth or Busselton Structured and predictable 8:6 / 7:7 roster Opportunity to work in a stable, low-risk environment Supportive team culture with strong leadership Apply Now If you're ready to join a excellent team and bring your lab skills to the Iron Ore sector, we'd love to hear from you.
