Job Description:
This role requires a high level of administrative support to senior managers and staff across multiple areas. Providing timely, high-quality advice, support and training on human resource, establishment asset management, financial and business systems is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of the human, physical and financial resources of the service area including assistance with budget forecasts and expenditure reconciliations, and the management of accommodation and assets.
To be successful in this role you will need to develop and maintain effective administrative systems, including records management systems. You will also need to provide advice on operational issues and prepare briefs, memos, submissions and ministerial correspondence.
You will be required to analyse and prepare reports, general correspondence, briefing notes, memoranda for approvals and human resource papers on diverse issues to Departmental standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
* Knowledge and experience in using SAP/Aurion and SAS (human resource and finance modules)
