About Kidscape Early Learning Centre

At Kidscape Early Learning Centre Two Rivers we value the care and development of each individual child. Our programs not only lay a strong foundation for literacy and numeracy skills, but also deepen a child's love of learning. Programs like music, yoga, meditation, arts and technology are an important part of our program for children aged 2–6.

Our meals are prepared onsite by a qualified chef in line with the Munch & Move program, and families stay connected via our online parent portal. With a team of experienced educators and a strong focus on wellbeing, creativity, and early learning outcomes, Kidscape delivers a rounded start to every child’s education journey.

Kidscape Early Learning Centre is looking for a full-time Early Childhood Teacher based in Buronga, New South Wales.

You are responsible for working collaboratively with fellow educators to deliver a play-based learning program. Able to design, collaborate and implement a curriculum that integrates the natural world into everyday learning experiences.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Design and Implement Engaging Learning Experiences that inspire curiosity and growth.
- Build Robust Relationships with families and the community, creating a nurturing environment for all.
- Continuously Critically Reflect and Innovate to enhance our programs and practices.
- Champion Child Safety: Embed the Child Safe Standards into daily practice and model a culture of respect, empowerment, and accountability.

About You

To qualify, you will need at least a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care and 2 years of experience and NESA registration. Consideration may also be given to those with a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education or those working towards their Bachelor qualification.

You must also hold:

- First Aid qualification in an Education and Care Setting
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certification
- Valid Working with Children Check in NSW
- Accredited Child Protection Training
