Location & Shift
Estia Health Mudgeeraba – 21‐25 Old Coach Rd, Mudgeeraba. Permanent or Casual shifts available with flexible roster, including AM, PM and Night Duty shifts.
About the Role
* Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well‐fed
* Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
* Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active
* Keep tabs on our residents' health – helping with treatments
* Be a friend to our residents
* Ensure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected
Qualifications & Requirements
* Real desire to make a difference in people's lives
* A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Health Services Assistant or Cert IV Leisure & Lifestyle
* Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
* Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
* Current influenza vaccination evidence during influenza season (if required)
* Background checks necessary for shortlisted applicants
