About the Role
This is a dynamic, customer-focused role combining warehouse coordination, order management, and administrative support.
* Managing the end-to-end purchase order process, including order checking, backorder reviews, amendments, and pricing validation
* Coordinating customer deliveries and catalogue requirements
* Generating reports and providing timely information to customers
* Processing customer claims, including returns, courier queries, and overcharge investigations
* Maintaining and updating the online pricing catalogue
* Supporting store openings and closing notifications
* Providing administrative support to the sales team as required
* Working closely with internal teams to achieve business targets
* Liaising with customers regarding product roadmaps, transitions, and updates
* Responding to customer enquiries (orders, product information, stock availability, deliveries, invoices, etc.)
* Managing and escalating customer issues where necessary
* Providing occasional reception relief
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers
* Delivering training to customers and internal staff on systems and processes
* Coordinating delivery requirements with freight partners
* Resolving delivery issues in a timely manner
* Supporting the delivery and return process for evaluation products
* Reviewing reports and ensuring timely shipment of orders
About You
* Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Availability to work full-time, 5 days per week on an ongoing basis
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
