We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to fill a challenging role in our Urgent Care Centre. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a brand-new facility, utilizing cutting-edge technology and equipment to provide high-quality patient care.
About the Role
This is a fixed term and permanent contract position, offering flexible hours per fortnight. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient-centered care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical expertise and leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare providers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Clinical expertise and a passion for patient-centred care
* Experience in a leadership position (preferred)
* A post-graduate in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent or working towards same (essential)
* Advanced Life Support/Paediatric Life Support Certified (essential)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
