Experienced Embroiderer & DTG Production Team Members
We're on the hunt for two new legends to join our production team at The Fabric Printer / Tee Shirt Republic. We're a garment decoration business specialising in screen printing, embroidery and digital printing all in house, and we're looking for people who take pride in producing great work and enjoy being part of a team.
Position 1: Experienced Embroiderer
We're looking for someone with commercial embroidery experience who can hit the ground running.
What you'll be doing
* Operating commercial embroidery machines
* Setting up jobs and performing colour changes
* Loading and unloading garments
* Maintaining quality standards
* Working with the production team to meet deadlines
* Using our production systems including DecoNetwork, ShopVOX, ShipStation and TNT
Our embroidery department includes
* 1 x 8-head Barudan
* 1 x Single-head machine
* A new 4-head Barudan arriving soon
Commercial embroidery experience is essential for this role.
Position 2: DTG Production Hand
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‐on work and learning new skills.
What you'll be doing
* Operating DTG printers and heat presses
* Garment preparation and pretreatment
* Quality checking finished products
* Packing and dispatching orders
* Using our production systems including DecoNetwork, ShopVOX, ShipStation and TNT
* General production duties
Our digital department includes
* 3 x DTG printers
* 1 x Roll-to-Roll DTF Ink Giant
* 2 x Large Heat Presses
* 3 x Hat Heat Preses
Experience is preferred but not essential. Full training can be provided for the right person.
