We are continually evolving to meet the needs of our members and supporting communities through local health programs and sponsorships. We are currently looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our Wheelers Hill Pharmacy team. The successful candidate must have the availability to work 21 hours a week, Tuesday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with customers, over the phone and in person, to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
* Process transactions correctly and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
* Ensure stores are well-presented and well-stocked so customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience.
* Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.
Qualifications / Characteristics
* Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with health and well-being needs.
* Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
* Willingness to learn about the products and services offered by National Pharmacies.
* Adaptability and flexibility.
* Ability to work effectively in a committed team.
