Job Title: Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an organised and dedicated administrative professional to join our team in West Ipswich.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our Client Care Team, enabling us to provide seamless delivery of client services by coordinating supply and management of stock and schedules, and providing excellent stakeholder support.
You will be responsible for:
* Coordinating service appointments and schedules for field technicians.
* Liaising between clients and technicians to ensure clear communication and timely service.
* Overseeing supplier arrangements, stock supply, control, and pricing.
* Using job-management software to maintain accurate records, process paperwork, and prepare quotes for follow-up work.
* Monitoring service progress and follow up as required.
* Provide exceptional customer service, including over the phone, and prompt and professional response to client inquiries and concerns.
* Collaborating with other team members to prioritise and schedule service requests.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service delivery.
