BlueScope Building Components a division of BlueScope in Australia manufactures and markets steel building product solutions and services through its four leading brands : Lysaght Fielders Ranbuild and Kiteleys.

What Will You Do
build capability across teams through mentoring and development opportunities
drive productivity and process improvement using data and performance insights to achieve results
lead with a customer-first mindset ensuring planned delivery schedules are met and quality standards maintained
collaborate across teams – including maintenance scheduling, transport and sales to optimise production efficiency and resolve challenges

You're an experienced and people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You balance strong operational know-how with a commitment to developing and engaging others whilst building capability and delivering for customers.
You lead by example with a focus on safety accountability and continuous improvement.
You will bring :
a strong understanding of customer needs with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
extensive experience in production management – ideally within manufacturing or roll-forming coupled with a desire for long-term growth
demonstrated ability to lead through change driving improved productivity and operational efficiency
a growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and a willingness to take on new challenges
a genuine commitment to safety wellbeing and fostering an inclusive high-performing culture.
