Position: Electrical Supervisor

Salary: $60-70ph + Vehicle + Super+ Package

Core Talent is working with a leading Tier 2 electrical contractor in Brisbane and is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of projects ranging from $300k to $10M, they are looking for a Supervisor / Foreman who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. You will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Alongside jumping on the tools from time to time when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate electrical teams on‐site across multiple projects
* Manage daily site operations, including labour, materials, and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company procedures
* Monitor project progress and report on timelines and deliverables
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth execution
* Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and quality assurance checks
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a supervisory / Foreman role on projects valued up to $5m/$10m
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Solid understanding of commercial and/or industrial electrical projects
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
