This isn't a clipboard-and-checklist supervisory role.
We're looking for someone who walks onto a warehouse floor and immediately sees what can run better — then makes it happen. As our Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you'll own the day-to-day performance of the operation while driving the continuous improvement agenda that keeps our 3PL competitive across 60+ eCommerce and retail brands. You'll plan shifts, set the standard, hold the line on targets and build the systems that make excellence repeatable. What You'll Be Doing
Planning and executing daily shift schedules to keep the right people in the right place with minimal downtime. You'll own KPI tracking across the operation — building it, monitoring it and acting on it. You'll champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, hold the team accountable to productivity and accuracy targets, and develop performance dashboards across multiple systems including our robust, automated WMS. Identifying process gaps fast and implementing solutions is second nature to you, and so is coaching your team to build shared capability and accountability.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role, ideally within retail or eCommerce. You're a genuine process champion — Lean, Six Sigma or CI experience is highly regarded. You're tech savvy across WMS platforms, Excel and reporting tools, decisive under pressure, and a clear communicator who sets expectations and follows through. A hands‐on leader who earns authority through expertise, not just title.
