About the Role
Veale Auto Parts is seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Parts Interpreter (API) to join our team in Malaga.
The API will play a crucial role in assisting customers with identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts and accessories. The role requires strong parts knowledge, a passion for the automotive industry and excellent customer service skills.

Veale Auto Parts is seeking anenthusiastic individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Interpreter/Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a vital role in our stores, contributing to the success of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional customer service to all trades and retail customers who enter the store.
* Handling customer enquiries, inbound calls from mechanical trade customers and processing orders efficiently.
* Providing accurate pricing, availability and compatibility information to customers.
* Processing sales transactions and invoices, accurately.
* Recommending and locating automotive parts.
* Completing occasional delivery runs to customers.
* Accurately picking and packing stock away.
* Developing & maintaining strong relationships with customers ensuring their needs are met.
What we are looking for?
* Previous experience in a similar role dealing with car parts & trade customers.
* Passionate about cars, learning more about automotive parts and the automotive industry.
* Great attention to detail.
* Be available to work some Saturday mornings.
