About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations. You'll work closely with production to minimise downtime and keep machinery running reliably. Mon–Fri 5:30am–2:30pm + OT, shifts, and call-outs as required
Responsibilities
* Fault finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance
* Maintain safety standards and complete daily inspections
* Support TPM and record all maintenance work
* Minimise downtime with production teams
* Manage spare parts and replace defective components
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and LOTO procedures
* Liaise with suppliers and support cost control
* Maintain strong housekeeping standards
Qualifications
* Mechanical trade or strong hands-on experience
* Hydraulics and pneumatics experience
* Welding experience (preferred)
* Knowledge of TPM and preventative maintenance
* Strong teamwork and reliability
