About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Family Safety Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of children and young people in our community.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to reports of child safety concerns and develop strategies to address these issues
* Work collaboratively with families, other agencies, and community organizations to provide support and assistance
* Assess risk and develop safety plans to protect children and young people
* Provide education and training to families and community members on child safety and well-being
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel
