* Answering the phone: following up inquiries/ keeping notes
* making appointments in Gentu software
* following up of referrals, emails, scanning, filing documents.
* Theatre bookings and coordinating with the hospitals.
* Check in and check out patients and Medicare /eftpos billing after consultation
