Senior Project Sales Manager – Low Carbon Energy & Process Technologies

About the Role
Honeywell UOP is expanding in the region and seeks an experienced Senior Project Sales Manager to drive growth across our portfolio of Low Carbon Energy, Refining and Petrochemical Process Technologies.
In This Role You Will
* Lead business development and sales efforts for Renewable Fuels, Carbon Capture, and Hydrogen technologies
* Drive growth across Honeywell UOP's core Refining, Petrochemicals and Gas Processing technologies
* Engage early with customers shaping sustainability and energy transition strategies
* Build a strong, forward‐looking sales pipeline through consultative, value‐led selling
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and strengthen senior‐level relationships with customers deploying Honeywell UOP technologies
* Lead regional UOP project business development activities from early engagement through to contract execution
* Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities through consultative and cross‐selling approaches
* Lead opportunity assessment and governance processes, including NDA, project evaluation, risk, credit, and compliance reviews
* Partner closely with Engineering, Proposal and Global Business Development teams to shape winning strategies
* Serve as Honeywell's ambassador across the APAC marketplace, including with EPCs, regulators, joint‐venture partners, and industry bodies
* Represent Honeywell UOP at conferences, industry events, and executive forums
You Must Have
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline
* Minimum 15 years' experience in business development, project sales, or technology‐driven roles
* Proven success navigating complex, long‐cycle project/technology sales environments
