**About the role**
Prime Air Solutions is seeking Qualified Air Conditioning Technician to join our team in Murarrie, QLD. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in leading the refrigeration team in installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems for our commercial and residential clients. This is an excellent prospect to work for a leading HVAC company and contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer service.
**What you'll be doing**
- Help in the development and support of the team in delivering quality projects
- Carry out installations, maintenance and repairs on a variety of air conditioning equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems to identify and resolve faults
- Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on systems
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
- Maintain detailed records of work undertaken
- Support the wider team as needed to meet customer requirements
**What we're looking for**
- Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Proven experience as an air conditioning technician, ideally 2-5 years
- Ability to lead and develop others within the team
- Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to safety
- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle

Pay: $45.00 - $58.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 - 50 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Murarrie, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
