The Talbot Centre is a multi-award winning, well-established multidisciplinary mental health outpatient service with an excellent reputation in the local community as a leading provider of mental and allied health services for all ages. We were recently awarded Australian Paediatric Practice of the Year (2024) and Team Culture Excellence (2025) at the Australian Allied Health Awards.
We have recently moved into a brand new suite, with the intention of expanding our medical services, to facilitate holistic, integrated multidisciplinary care for our patients.
We're looking for a paediatrician/developmental paediatrician to join our highly qualified team of child & family practitioners on a consultancy basis. Team oriented private practice with opportunities for collaborative care to support best health outcomes for patients. Opportunities to provide 1:1 consultation and to participate in our diagnostic assessment clinic if desired.
Our current paediatrician has been with the service since 2018 and has an extensive waitlist. Fantastic opportunity to build a case load of patients aligned with your specific interests and to contribute to establishing your role within our collaborative care model. Interest in mental health, Autism, tic disorders, nutrition and/or eating/feeding disorders would be advantageous. Beautiful new purposefully built suite in idyllic location, very busy practice with industry best administrative support. Days, hours and arrangement negotiable for the right person.
Requirments
* Fellowship of RACP Specialist
* AHPRA Registration
* Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident currently residing in Australia
