Occupational Therapist
Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team and help us deliver excellence in NDIS allied health services.
This is a unique opportunity to work with participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types, including Supported Independent Living, Sensory Assessments, Assistive Technology, Home Modifications, Functional Daily Living Skills, Environmental Risk Assessments, and skill building.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform clinical services to participants across various environments, including family homes, group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or clinics.
* Work closely with clients and their support networks to develop personalized plans and strategies for achieving their goals.
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
* Registration with AHPRA.
* A car and valid driver's license.
* National Police Clearance.
