The Role
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with home builders, developers, consultants, and ESG-focused clients.
Your Responsibilities
* Drive Sales: Grow our customer base by targeting the new build market.
* Build Relationships: Work closely with developers, builders, architects, and sustainability consultants to demonstrate how we can add value across the design and construction lifecycle.
* Conduct Demos: Present tailored solutions based on client needs.
* Manage the Sales Process: From prospecting through to close.
* Collaborate Internally: Refine sales strategy and customer experience.
* Report on KPIs: Pipeline performance and market feedback.
You Bring
* B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales (ideally SaaS, construction tech, or sustainability solutions).
* Environmental Science Background: Construction, architecture, or property background.
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey value to diverse stakeholders.
* Motivation: Drive impact in the green building and tech-for-good sectors.
* A Consultative Approach: Proactive and consultative approach to sales and client engagement.
