Base Salary Range: $107,487 - $114,917 p.a
Step into the role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager and lead nursing teams while shaping high-quality patient care!
About the Role:
You will deliver high-quality nursing care while supporting the leadership and coordination of the ward or unit. You will assist the Nurse Unit Manager with staffing, rostering, performance management and day-to-day operations, while promoting continuity and consistency of care. You will also provide guidance and support to less experienced staff and contribute to a positive team and learning culture.
* Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
* Minimum 3 years post‐registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse.
* Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and ability to support and supervise others.
* Experience in leadership, management and team coordination roles.
* Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and Immunisation compliance as indicated on the role description.
