About the Role:
In this fast‐paced and varied role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers with their health and wellness needs, offering advice on over‐the‐counter products and services.
* Accurately processing sales and prescriptions at the point of sale.
* Managing stock, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising.
* Maintaining a high standard of presentation throughout the pharmacy.
* Supporting the pharmacist with the dispensing of prescriptions and other dispensary‐related tasks.
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience and skills:
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is highly desirable.
* A Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy would be a strong advantage.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others.
* The ability to work effectively in a team and under the guidance of a pharmacist.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
