About the role
Reporting to the General Manager of Planning and Design and based onsite at our Corporate Homebush West, you'll collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to create CAD documentation for construction projects and retail fit outs across all Brands in Australia and New Zealand.
This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
Responsibilities
Produce CAD documentation from sketches.
Draw detailed construction drawings.
Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
Report to management on potential implications and concerns related to meeting deadlines.
Monitor project progress, preparing comprehensive reports, and assist in issue resolution.
Conduct site visits and perform surveys or measurements as needed.
About you
You will bring demonstrated experience in a project-focused role and relevant qualifications. You have a strong track record of providing high-level administrative and project support within a large, fast-paced organisation, including managing systems, processes, policies, and documentation. You are comfortable working across structured workflows and ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through to delivery.
Requirements
* Demonstrated AutoCAD experience.
* Great organisation and time management skills.
* Ability to plan, prioritise and complete tasks within set deadlines.
* Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels and clearly communicate policies and procedures.
