About the role
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team at Arxis Group Pty Ltd. As the Service Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our IT services to our valued clients. The Service Delivery Manager role is responsible for leading and managing a team of skilled engineers to ensure the team is led to complete the overall goals of the business. This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the CEO and is a full-time position is based in our Adelaide office.
What you'll be doing
* Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our service delivery team, ensuring that all client needs are met with efficiency and professionalism
* Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve service delivery processes and procedures
* Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that service level agreements are met
* Coordinate and prioritise the workload of the service delivery team, allocating resources and tasks effectively
* Monitor and report on service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
* Provide mentoring and support to the service delivery team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
* Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services
* The Service Delivery Manager works with a growing a team that includes:
* Junior and Senior Helpdesk
* Network and System Engineers
* Project Engineers
What we're looking for
* Substantial experience (5+ years) in a similar service delivery management role, preferably within the IT industry
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members
* Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve outstanding results
* Familiarity with service management tools sets (PSA) and experience in implementing process improvements
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Nice to Have: Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is desirable
