QCE Biology Assistant Tutor & Resource Developer
What You Will Do
* Create - Design exceptional, curriculum aligned resources, including worksheets, lesson materials, SACs, and exam style questions that build student understanding and exam readiness.
* Support - Act as a secondary tutor during classes, helping address student questions and clarifying concepts while the primary tutor teaches.
* Consult - Conduct 1-on-1 video consultations outside of class hours, which students can book at no extra cost.
* Assist - Provide ongoing text‐based support to answer student questions promptly after class.
* Review - Proofread and review learning materials (workbooks, notes, SACs/Exams) to ensure quality and accuracy.
* Mentor - Be a mentor for students, sharing anecdotal stories of success & failure.
* Connect - Build genuine connections with students by being relatable and inspiring.
What You Will Bring
* QCE Completion with a High ATAR (99+) and strong subject‐specific academic achievements (95+ results in Biology).
* First‐year university level knowledge or above in your subject(s).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.

* A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours per week availability.
