We are looking for an SAP Change Analyst to support the successful rollout of SAP SuccessFactors as part of a major enterprise transformation program.
This is an initial 3 month contract based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Change Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and executing change activities that enable business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption across the SAP SuccessFactors implementation. You will work closely with the wider project team, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure change is well planned and effectively delivered.
What you'll do
* Support the Change Manager in delivering change activities aligned to the SAP SuccessFactors rollout
* Deliver change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and role mapping activities
* Execute communication, engagement, and adoption initiatives across the project lifecycle
* Coordinate business readiness activities to support successful system adoption
* Collaborate with HR, project teams, internal communications, and learning teams
* Support alignment between business users and SAP technical teams
* Liaise with external consultants and delivery partners as required
* Track change activity progress and provide clear status reporting
* Identify adoption risks and support mitigation actions
What you'll need
* Demonstrated experience in change analyst and support roles within SAP project environments
* Hands‐on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementations
* Understanding of HR processes and technology-enabled change
* Exposure to SAP transformation programs and integrated SAP landscapes
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to translate system change into practical business outcomes
