We are partnering with a leading ASX-listed enterprise to appoint a Head of AI Workforce Enablement & Adoption to lead enterprise-wide AI transformation across one of Australia’s most operationally diverse workforces. Location: North Sydney Hybrid: 3 days in office and 2 days WFH Day Rate: $1,300 - $1,600 incl. super Contract: Initial 6-month contract with strong likelihood of permanency The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will drive the enterprise AI adoption and enablement strategy across executives, operational leaders, frontline teams, and specialist business units. You will sit at the intersection of AI, workforce transformation, innovation, governance, and change — ensuring AI is adopted in a practical, scalable, and commercially valuable way. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide AI enablement and adoption strategy Drive frontline-first AI adoption across operational environments Define AI capability frameworks, learning pathways, and governance-aligned usage models Partner with AI, Technology, Risk, Cyber, and Governance teams to scale adoption safely Own rollout planning, adoption metrics, value tracking, and workforce engagement Lead AI communications, activation initiatives, and communities of practice About You Proven experience leading enterprise transformation, AI adoption, or workforce enablement initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement capability across executive and operational environments Experience operating across complex enterprise or regulated industries Ability to translate AI, governance, and change concepts into practical workforce outcomes Passion for innovation, future workforce capability, and enterprise-scale transformation Why Apply?
