We’re looking for a commercially savvy and proactive Associate Director of Sales to support our growing Australian hotel portfolio. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll drive revenue, build strong client partnerships, and influence performance across multiple properties.
Working closely with our Group Director of Commercial, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, supporting hotel teams, and delivering results across Corporate and Wholesale.
About the Role

* Build strong, long‑term client relationships
* Identify new market opportunities and grow share
* Partner with marketing, revenue and operations to deliver results
* Support commercial strategy, reporting and planning at a group level
* You’ll also act as a key link between our hotels and Support Office, ensuring alignment, accountability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the hotel's on‑site sales team and create sales goals to meet revenue targets.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to grow each hotel's customer base and increase revenue across all segments.
* Manage all monthly reporting as required by individual hotels, compiling and collating reporting then required for revenue meetings as well as EOM meetings.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including corporate, and wholesale clients.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and service.
* Analise market trends, identify new markets and opportunities, and create plans to capitalize on them.
* Create and maintain sales reports to track performance and progress toward goals. Including the submission of required reports.
* Attend industry conferences and events to network and gather information about the latest trends and strategies.
* Manage each hotel's pricing strategy and negotiate contracts with clients to ensure maximum profitability across all properties.
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
About You

You bring:
* Proven experience in hotel sales or commercial roles
* Strong knowledge of corporate and wholesale
* The ability to influence, negotiate and build lasting relationships
* A hands‑on approach with a strategic mindset
* Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting
* Experience using PMS systems and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
